Job summary

Commonwealth Credit Union is seeking a Community Outreach Representative to serve as a liaison between branches and the surrounding community. This field-based role requires mobility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to promote financial services during events and in branches.

You will engage with Chamber of Commerce functions, build partnerships across leadership, and leverage market insights to drive regional outreach and growth within designated territories, including after-hours

Qualifications

• Field-based role with designated branch assignments requiring mobility and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience as Financial Service Representative (FSR) enabling confident responses to member inquiries and assistance with account openings.

Responsibilities

• Engaging actively both within the branch and externally at community and business events; representing Commonwealth Credit Union at Chamber of Commerce functions and business development activities.
• Fostering partnerships across leadership levels to drive Business Development initiatives and credit union goals.
• Serving as a liaison and advisor using data insights and market trends to inform outreach and optimize regional performance.
• Planning and executing community engagement activities with the Business Development Manager and Regional Managers to ensure strategic representation in designated regions.
• Pursuing development opportunities through conferences, certifications, and internal/external leadership programs.
