Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of field-based work experience.
• Ability to use Windows computer systems.
• Strong privacy and data security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Engage members at homes, senior living facilities, or care settings.
• Educate members about programs and benefits.
• Schedule clinical visits to ensure timely access to care.
• Build trust with Optum providers.
• Plan routes to optimize member engagement.
