Job summary

MedStreamline LLC seeks an Onsite Certified Medical Assistant (OCMA) to support residents in long-term care and senior living communities within an assigned territory. You will perform vitals assessments and liaise with facility teams to ensure quality care.

The role requires CMA certification, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the territory daily. Familiarity with EMR and telehealth platforms is preferred; residency within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Current CMA credential through AAMA, AMT, or NHA is required.
• Experience in patient care, long-term care, or clinical support preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly inside long-term care and senior living facilities within assigned territory.
• Perform full vitals assessments using FDA-approved medical devices and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support facility workflows.
• Travel daily to partner facilities within the assigned territory.
