Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduates of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• CMA or RMA certification required from recognized bodies (NHA, AMT, AAMA, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under provider supervision; assist with procedures.
• Prepare patients, collect vital signs, and assist with procedures.
• Administer medications within competency.
• Manage electronic medical records and scheduling; coordinate referrals and communications.
• Support billing inquiries and patient communications; ensure patient privacy and safety.
