Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for a large portfolio of multifamily clients, delivering trusted advisory service and driving long-term value.

The role involves field-based client interaction, regular onsite visits, and coordination with branch leadership to retain clients, resolve issues, and grow accounts across the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B account management, client success, service delivery, or project management roles.
• Ability to build trust with onsite and executive-level decision-makers.
• Highly organized with strong time management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• CRM and work order management proficiency; Salesforce preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and overall account lead for assigned clients. Maintain long-term relationships with onsite decision-makers and manage a large portfolio.
• Own client retention by identifying risks, addressing concerns, and preventing churn; conduct portfolio reviews.
• Lead service delivery issues, escalate when needed, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling MultiPro services; align recommendations with client feedback and data.
• Lead onboarding and transfer-of-trust for new clients, coordinate with operations to set scope and pricing.
• Partner with clients on strategic planning, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
