Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager (CSM) to serve as the main liaison for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will own relationships, drive retention, and align services to evolving client needs through regular visits, calls, and CRM-tracked interactions.

The role demands strong problem-solving, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in B2B account management. Travel within the assigned region is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B account management or client success
• Experience building trust with onsite and executive stakeholders
• Proven ability to retain clients and grow revenue
• Strong CRM and data-driven decision making
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and overall account lead for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with onsite decision-makers.
• Manage a large client portfolio with potential up to 100 multifamily communities.
• Conduct regular onsite visits, calls, and CRM-tracked activity.
• Drive retention, upsell opportunities, and revenue penetration.
