Polaris Pharmacy Services is seeking a Client Services Representative to support long-term, post-acute, correctional, PACE, and specialty pharmacy services. This field-based role requires frequent travel to customer facilities and patient homes, serving as the primary contact and building strong relationships with staff and administration.

The successful candidate will conduct audits, provide education on services, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining HIPAA

Competenze

• Must have strong organization and attention to detail.
• Basic math and analytical skills are required.
• Computer knowledge is required; ability to use pharmacy systems.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to perform light lifting as part of duties.

Mansioni

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned facilities and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility staff and administration.
• Conduct regular visits to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, patient homes, and other locations.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer needs.
• Identify issues and resolve them proactively.
• Provide training and education on pharmacy services and programs.
