Polaris Pharmacy Services is hiring for a Client Services role serving skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The position emphasizes patient privacy, regulatory compliance, and proactive customer support.

You will train customers on pharmacy programs and work with facility administrators to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates have a pharmacy tech license or med tech cert, strong organization, and solid English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify early warning signs of potential issues and problem solve.
• Conduct customer training to support roll-out of programs and services.
• Educate customers on utilizing key pharmacy programs and technology.
• Build relationships with facility administration and staff.
• Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
• Serve as Single Point of Contact for customers.
