Home Instead is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build trust with families, guide important decisions, and grow long-term relationships in the Los Angeles territory. The role combines in-home visits with community networking, focusing on referrals and quality care relationships.

You will own your schedule, travel within the territory, and work primarily from home while staying connected with clients and healthcare partners to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective families in their homes to understand care needs.
• Stay connected with existing clients through visits and follow-ups.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, senior living communities, and referral partners.
• Own and manage a territory with a disciplined weekly schedule of consultations and visits.
• Document activity in Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
