Job summary

Requirements include a Bio‑Medical Engineering degree or healthcare experience, 2+ years in the field or a cardiac training certification, and the ability to obtain CRM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bio‑Medical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience or a certified cardiac training program.
• Must be able to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology/electrophysiology and cath lab procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate CRM training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
