Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist, field-based in Cleveland, OH, to deliver engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. You will respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff.

You will train healthcare teams, build strong customer relationships, and continuously develop technical and product knowledge to support regional CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• 4+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Must have CRM product certifications.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or related procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and OR procedures and protocols.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develop and lead training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Back up Cardiac Rhythm Team with regional training, studies, data collection, and product in-service trainings.
