Responsibilities

• Generate an average of 2 new clients per week.
• Qualify prospects by assessing client needs, budget, and timeline using the Discovery Profile.
• Respond to a buying signal by asking the four job qualifying questions.
• Ensure the DM commits to meeting with an Employment Specialist for a handoff.
• Educate Decision Makers on the Express process and new account paperwork.
• Collaborate with the Employment Specialist to keep job orders moving toward fulfillment.
• Complete 120 weekly sales calls, including 100 face-to-face visits.
• Complete a minimum of 60 DM calls weekly.
• Conduct 5 strategic appointments per week with a DM.
• Document daily calls in the automated system and set next actions for pipeline progress.
• Execute the daily sales plan and address objections using the Results Pipeline tracker.
• Develop a Sales Action Plan to manage the pipeline and territory.
• Call on 800–1,000 accounts quarterly by qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities.
• Evaluate weekly calls to identify top 10% high-potential prospects.
• Coordinate ongoing sales activities for Top 20 Hit List prospects.
• Plan each day with a Territory Plan and optimize call frequency.
• Engage in knowledge campaigns to provide consultative value to clients.
• Cultivate existing client relationships and cross-sell Express products and services.
