ABA Centers of New Pennsylvania is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative in Downingtown, PA to drive field-based growth and expanding access to ABA therapy services. You will work with pediatricians, schools, and community partners to generate referrals and manage the sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, field outreach, and coordination with admissions and regional teams to shorten wait times for autism diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow relationships with referral sources.
• Conduct outbound outreach and field visits to generate leads.
• Log outreach and manage the referral pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and growth teams.
