OneWell Health Care is seeking a Field-Based Behavioral Support Specialist in Jermyn, PA to deliver direct behavioral support services in home and community settings. You will implement approved BSPs and CIPs under supervision, ensuring compliance with ODP standards and documenting progress.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a related 3+ years IDD experience, bilingual skills are a plus, and a valid driver’s license for local travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA, or related field, or 3+ years IDD experience.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with IDD and Autism.
• Familiarity with ODP service delivery standards.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality behavioral support services to IDD individuals in home and community settings.
• Implement BSPs and CIPs under supervision of a Licensed Behavior Specialist or case lead.
• Monitor behavioral progress, collect data, and submit incident reports.
• Coordinate with DSPs, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
