Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a results-driven Behavioral Health Sales Representative to grow referral volume from primary and specialty care providers in Florida. You will split time between in-person field visits (about 3 days per week) and virtual outreach, building trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics, and care sites to connect patients with LifeStance clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations by building relationships with referring providers and care sites to optimize patient flow to LifeStance clinics.
• Plan and conduct frequent in-person visits to primary and specialty care offices, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources to advance patient relationships with LifeStance clinicians.
• Serve as a knowledge expert on LifeStance therapies and patient types to better connect patients with needed care.
• Coordinate with local practice operations to increase touchpoints with referral partners and schedule meetings.
