Milestone Treatment Center is seeking a dynamic Community Outreach Representative to expand our referral network across Central and Western Virginia. This 100% remote, field-based role focuses on meeting hospitals, physicians, therapists, and community partners to connect individuals with behavioral health treatment.

You’ll build relationships, schedule face-to-face meetings, present Milestone’s programs, and collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure smooth handoffs. Travel will be 60–80%.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in business development, healthcare sales, or behavior health marketing.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment or related fields preferred.
• Strong networking and presentation abilities.

Aufgaben

• Build and grow a network of referral partners across the territory.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with hospitals, providers, and employers.
• Identify and pursue new referral and business opportunities.
• Educate partners about Milestone’s programs and admissions.
• Develop relationships to generate consistent referrals.
• Represent Milestone at networking events and conferences.
• Deliver presentations, lunch-and-learns, and CEU programs.
• Maintain contact with referral sources via in-person, phone, email, and virtual channels.
• Collaborate with Admissions to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Manage territory by prioritizing high-value relationships.
• Track meetings, referrals, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Monitor territory performance and trends.
• Represent Milestone with professionalism and integrity.
