Job summary

Boulder Care is a digital addiction medicine clinic seeking a Community Engagement Liaison in WA with strong regional outreach responsibilities. The role combines field-based partner meetings and community events with a remote admin work component.

Candidates should have 3+ years in outreach or referral management, CRM proficiency, and a passion for serving vulnerable populations. Travel and autonomous work are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community outreach, business development or sales in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Proven track record of growing referral relationships.
• Experience with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel locally ~4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow new referral partners to increase enrollments.
• Manage and nurture existing partnerships for long-term collaboration.
• Use enrollment data to guide outreach and demonstrate impact.
• Spend most time in the field with partners and communities.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, product and operations teams.
• Collect feedback to refine referral strategies.
