Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a Business Development Representative in Nashville. You will canvass neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, and present our restoration solutions.

You will schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives and serve as the friendly first contact, setting the tone for the customer experience. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $46,800 per year plus commission, with a Total Rewards package including health benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage.
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods.
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and build genuine rapport with homeowners.
• Introduce them to restoration solutions offered by Southern Roofing and Renovations.
