Job summary

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our customer base. You will canvass neighborhoods, build genuine rapport with homeowners, and present restoration solutions while earning commission on new business.

This full-time role offers a starting pay of $46,800 per year plus commission and a Total Rewards package including health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
• Ability to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to identify potential homeowners.
• Build genuine rapport with homeowners and introduce restoration solutions.
• Schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives.
