Legacy Restoration is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow the local sales pipeline through neighborhood canvassing and field outreach. You will build rapport with homeowners, introduce our restoration solutions, and schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives.

This full-time role requires 18+, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within 2 hours of the branch. Competitive pay starts at $46,800/year plus commission, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage.
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods.
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to identify potential homeowners and introduce restoration solutions.
• Build genuine rapport with homeowners and qualify leads for the Closing Sales Representatives.
• Schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives and serve as the first impression of the customer experience.
