Job summary

Southern Roofing and Renovations in North Little Rock, AR is hiring a full-time Business Development Representative. You will canvass neighborhoods, build genuine rapport with homeowners, and introduce our restoration solutions, setting the tone for the customer experience.

You'll schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives and travel locally within 2 hours of the branch as needed. A valid driver's license and a willingness to grow with an innovative team are required.

• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full‑time role with the following schedule:

• Winter: Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 10 am–3 pm
• Summer: Monday–Friday 11 am–7 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm
