ExecuSource, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to own new business development across Green Bay and Appleton markets.

This field-based role focuses on manufacturing and industrial clients needing welders, maintenance techs, automation technicians, and CNC talent, with a commission plan linked to performance. You will build relationships, deliver compelling proposals, and drive the full sales cycle from first contact to close, while collaborating with Operations for onboarding and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Knowledge of skilled trades hiring needs
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to the field

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new clients through in-person visits, cold calls, referrals, and market research (80% field, 20% office)
• Lead consultative conversations with decision-makers about hiring needs
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing; manage the full sales cycle from contact to close
• Partner with Operations on site visits, onboarding, and growing existing accounts
• Build and manage your pipeline; keep CRM records up to date
