Job summary

Wagonmaster Group is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Developer to expand our automotive dealership business across Pierce and/or King County, Washington. This field-based outside-sales role focuses on forming lasting partnerships and improving service-department profitability through preventative-maintenance programs.

The role involves prospecting, presenting, and training dealership teams while building a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B outside sales or consultative selling.
• Strong track record prospecting and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with automotive dealership clients in Pierce/King County.
• Prospect for new business through outreach, cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
• Present Wagonmaster’s products, programs, and training to dealership decision-makers.
• Demonstrate products and deliver engaging business presentations.
