Job summary

Numotion, North America’s leading provider of mobility products and services, seeks an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to evaluate, recommend and provide Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) for clients. You will work closely with therapists, physicians and families to maximize independence and enhance quality of life.

The role requires clinical knowledge of disabilities, CRT equipment, and the ability to train clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills required to generate appropriate, individualized recommendations for CRT equipment and interventions.
• Working knowledge of compliant billing processes for rehab/assistive technology equipment as necessary (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)
• Must have valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, functional limitations, and mobility goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care.
• Recommend appropriate CRT equipment and interventions based on client’s needs.
• Manage procurement processes from equipment specification through delivery.
• Provide training and education to clients, families and caregivers on safe use of equipment.
• Complete/maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions.
• Attain/exceed annual sales goals and report outcomes.
• Maintain certifications and licenses and ensure regulatory compliance.
