Job summary

Blackburn's Physicians Pharmacy, Inc. in Abington, PA seeks a passionate Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to evaluate patients and deliver customized mobility and seating solutions.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers, coordinate evaluations, fittings, and documentation, and extend CRT expertise across the Harrisburg region.

Qualifications

• ATP Certification is required or able to obtain
• Experience with Complex Rehab Technology (CRT), seating and positioning, mobility equipment, or DME/HME
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with flexible field-based scheduling
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through mobility solutions

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in homes, hospitals, rehab facilities, and clinics to determine mobility, seating, and positioning needs.
• Recommend customized CRT and assistive technology solutions to maximize independence and quality of life.
• Partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and caregivers throughout evaluation, funding, and delivery.
• Complete detailed clinical evaluations, product recommendations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate equipment trials, fittings, adjustments, and final deliveries for optimal function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and long-term success.
• Develop and strengthen referral relationships throughout the Harrisburg region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Stay current on CRT technology, reimbursement guidelines, and best practices.
