Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Route Technician to maintain the guest-ready condition of our route-based arcade locations. You will travel weekly to partner locations, test, inspect, clean, stock, and maintain games and related equipment, ensuring uptime and safety.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on repair ability, a service mindset, and the discipline to work independently across multiple sites, representing FEG professionally with partners and guests.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned partner locations on a weekly route schedule.
• Inspect, test, clean, stock, and maintain games and related equipment.
• Complete routine safety checks, preventive maintenance, and location readiness reviews.
• Escalate complex repairs or safety concerns to the Route Technical Manager.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
