Job summary

Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking a Route Technician to maintain field-based arcade locations across partner sites. You will travel weekly to assigned sites, inspect and test games, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure guest-ready condition.

The role requires hands-on repair ability, strong customer service, safe driving, and the discipline to work independently across multiple sites while representing FEG professionally with partners and guests.

Responsibilities

• Route Service & Location Readiness: Travel weekly to partner locations and ensure games and equipment are guest-ready.
• Game Repair, Maintenance & Restocking: Diagnose, repair, test, and restock arcade equipment and related systems.
• Partner Service & Documentation: Maintain positive relationships; complete logs, checklists, and repair notes accurately.
• Vehicle Safety & Compliance: Operate company vehicle safely and maintain vehicle readiness and cleanliness.
• Equipment Testing & Preventive Maintenance: Perform weekly test drives and document issues and maintenance.
