Job summary

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP is seeking a Route Technician to maintain and service route-based arcade locations. The role involves traveling to partner sites weekly, inspecting and repairing games, restocking, and ensuring guest-ready conditions across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on repair ability, a service mindset, and the discipline to operate independently while representing FEG professionally with partners and guests.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair ability and comfort with electronics/mechanical systems.
• Service mindset and ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Ability to communicate professionally with partner General Managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel weekly to assigned partner locations and inspect, test, clean, stock, and maintain games and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair common mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, and payment system issues; replace parts and test functionality.
• Complete service logs, route checklists, inventory updates, and repair notes accurately and on time.
• Drive company vehicle, maintain safe driving practices, and ensure vehicle readiness and cleanliness.
