Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years in Product Management, Category Management, or Technical Sales in an industrial aftermarket environment.
• Strong understanding of Gross Margin, lifecycle pricing, and Inventory Turn metrics.
• Ability to read schematics or technical drawings and communicate with engineers.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems and advanced Excel for data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; MBA is a plus.
