Job summary

InSite Health is seeking an Account Manager for New Jersey Programs. This field-based, hybrid role will travel 50%+ across New Jersey to engage schools, communities, and districts while driving program adoption and utilization.

You will own NJ accounts from kickoff through ongoing engagement, setting goals, and coordinating with internal teams. A dynamic, relationship-driven professional with 3+ years in account management will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, field engagement, or related roles.
• Experience working with state/local/education (SLED) customers preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships through in-person engagement.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and representing an organization publicly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-person representative for programs across New Jersey.
• Travel regularly to schools, districts, community organizations, and partner locations.
• Own engagement plans for each contracted program and set utilization goals.
• Conduct regular account reviews and report on engagement metrics and outcomes.
