Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Account Manager to lead field operations and client relationships. You’ll be on the go, supervising crews, meeting with clients, and ensuring landscape projects meet budget and schedule expectations.

As the largest privately-owned commercial landscaping company in the nation, Yellowstone offers ongoing learning, opportunities to design enhancements, and collaboration with sales to win new work while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related field.
• Hands-on landscape experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop maintenance crews.
• Serve as main client contact and ensure expectations are met.
• Assist sales team in winning new work and expanding accounts.
• Coordinate with Irrigation, Fert/Spray, Safety and Field Support teams.
• Design enhancements to existing landscapes and propose improvements.
