Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Account Manager to oversee field operations, manage crews, and serve as the primary liaison with clients. This role involves using the latest industry technology to manage schedules, hours, and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction across commercial landscapes.

You will hire and develop maintenance crews, collaborate with multiple departments, and contribute to sales efforts by identifying opportunities for new work. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred; Associate degree or relevant experience will also be considered.
• Landscape experience and plant knowledge are key.
• Willingness to handle challenges including budgets and staffing.
• Ability to communicate with people of diverse backgrounds, including crews, Board Presidents and senior management.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop maintenance crews to work efficiently and safely.
• Use industry technology to manage your team, schedule crews, track hours and manage budgets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for your clients with proactive meetings.
• Design and propose landscape enhancements.
• Assist the sales team with winning new work to add to your book of business.
• Coordinate with Irrigation, Fert/Spray, Safety and Field Support Team to promote a seamless workflow.
