Beacon ABA Services in Massachusetts is seeking clinicians to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to young children with ASD. Roles are field-based, serving clients in their homes across the commonwealth, with flexible full- and part-time opportunities and a competitive hourly range.

You will implement play-based, data-driven programs, collaborate with families and supervising BCBAs, and contribute to ongoing training while advancing your clinical career in a supportive, growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and families affected by ASD.
• Dynamic field-based work environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and colleagues.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Results-driven with a genuine desire to help children reach milestones.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Deliver play-based therapy sessions in homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies with supervising BCBAs.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development throughout your career at Beacon.
