Job summary
Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team providing in-home and school-based ABA services for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities in Massachusetts.

Qualifications
- BCBA certification required and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience.
- Familiarity with Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc., or similar assessments.
- Ability to implement and maintain data collection systems.
Responsibilities
- Implement data collections systems for families and clinicians.
- Organize and maintain data collection for program development (Central Reach training available).
- Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills.
- Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians.
- Collaborate with clinicians, office staff, families and directors.
- Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as necessary.
