Job summary

Beacon ABA Services, Inc. in the Boston/South Shore area seeks entry level or experienced therapists for in-home ABA services to children with ASD. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based interventions and advancing independent skills in familiar home environments.

Sessions run Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm. Full-time roles offer a $2,500 signing incentive, $250 monthly bonuses, and generous PTO, plus full benefits and opportunities to pursue RBT certification or further education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration.
• Associate's degree in a related field with over 300 hours experience with children.
• High School diploma considered - requires full availability and over 600 hours experience with children.
• Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle Required.
• Covid-19 Vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD and follow individualized goals.
• Travel between client homes to deliver sessions on weekdays.
• Support development and independence through evidence-based interventions.
