Job summary

LEARN Behavioral in Massachusetts is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical teams and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes assent-based treatment, family partnership, and collaborative care.

You will provide supervision to clinicians, write progress reports, and participate in ongoing professional development. We offer full-time and part-time options, competitive benefits, and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher is required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam within 3 months is expected.
• Minimum of two years of experience with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification/registration/license as required by local statutes to provide behavior treatment.
• Excellent professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) with competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Prioritize client safety in every case.
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing teaching procedures and ensure timely implementation by the team.
