Job summary

Beyond Behavior Consulting is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in home, school, and community settings, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and promoting safety and positive learning.

The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and communicates well with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Behavior Technician OR a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Proficiency with electronic timekeeping and data collection systems.
• Ability to obtain background clearances including PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, and FBI Fingerprint clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and graph client data during sessions.
• Maintain accurate session notes using ABA terminology.
• Communicate professionally with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and the care team.
• Attend supervision meetings and complete required documentation.
