Empower ABA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician to provide one‑on‑one ABA services to children in their homes. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Weekly hours depend on the client’s schedule and case assignment. This part‑time role offers a pay rate of $20–$26 per hour and requires reliable transportation to client locations and ongoing BCBA guidance.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• ABA or RBT experience is a plus.
• Willing to complete applicable training and certification requirements.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned client location.
• Comfortable working in clients’ homes and receiving ongoing BCBA guidance.
