Behavior Nation LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee field-based clinical programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, provide education and training to caregivers, and implement individualized ABA programs across home, community, school, and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree + 12-semester units in applied behavior analysis + 1 year of experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services OR
• Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services + RBT Certification OR
• Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field; BCaBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, concise, and actionable communications to staff and client families.
• Produce client clinical programs, reports, and supervision documents.
• Directly supervise and train BIs to build rapport with families.
• Provide coverage for peers and deliver direct therapy when needed.
• Maintain punctual, reliable schedules and professional communication.
• Provide caregiver training tailored to client needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate administrative and clinical paperwork.
• Lead clinical team and training meetings.
• Comply with company policies, timelines, and budgets.
• Support development and delivery of ABA services as directed.
