You will work independently in the field and collaborate with engineering and project teams on upgrades and integrations, with a competitive hourly pay and full-time schedule.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in building automation and HVAC controls.
- Strong BAS troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience programming or modifying DDC control systems.
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and sequences.
- Experience with controls communication and system integration.
- Niagara N4 certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair BAS/BMS and DDC systems.
- Identify and resolve controller, network, sensor, and HVAC issues.
- Perform programming and software modifications as needed.
- Troubleshoot sequences of operation, alarms, trends, graphics, and logic.
- Support system integrations and communication protocols.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system optimization.
- Assist customers with technical issues and recommended upgrades.
- Work with platforms like Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, JCI, Distech, ABB.
