Qualifications

8+ years experience in building automation/HVAC controls service.
Strong troubleshooting with BAS programming, networks, and system integrations.
Experience working with building owners, engineers, and IT teams.
Ability to lead technical work independently in the field.
Experience with Niagara or major BAS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex building automation and HVAC control system issues
Troubleshoot BAS programming, networks, integrations, and control sequences
Perform system upgrades, database modifications, and performance optimization
Lead technical execution on complex service calls and small BAS service projects
Work with customer IT teams on networking, IP configuration, and remote system connectivity
Integrate BAS platforms with third-party equipment and mechanical systems
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior technicians
Communicate with facility teams to diagnose issues, explain solutions, and ensure system performance
