Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate equipment used to install telecom and power infrastructure across rural and urban sites. You will handle digging operations, perform routine equipment maintenance, and assist with basic labor tasks as needed.

Qualified candidates bring field experience with utility digging, the ability to read prints and schematics, and a willingness to train others while working in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have field experience with utility digging.
• Ability to read prints and schematics.
• Will train and mentor co-workers in operation of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow, or track hoe.
• Dig around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Maintain construction equipment daily.
• Assist with labor tasks (potholing, conduit placement, pedestal setting).
• Drive tow vehicle with equipment to job sites.
• Provide training to new operators.
