Job summary

PUSH, Inc. seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate assigned equipment for telecom cable installation and related tasks. You will assist with operations of backhoes, mini excavators and cable plows, performing labor as needed and training others.

Ideal candidates have field digging experience, the ability to read prints and schematics, and a valid driver’s license with CDL preferred. Expect outdoor work across rural and urban sites.

Qualifications

• Field experience with digging around utilities.
• Experience operating backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow or track hoe.
• Knowledge of prints and schematics; ability to read them.
• Ability to train and mentor teammates.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance.
• Assist with labor tasks as required (potholing, set-up, conduit placement).
• Drive tow vehicle between sites.
