Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business through cold outreach and prospecting.

• Comfortable walking into businesses, building relationships, and closing deals.
• Staffing, industrial, or manufacturing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Uncapped commission structure and clear earnings potential.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through cold calling, prospecting, and in-person visits throughout territory.
