Job summary

WeLink Communications, Inc is expanding its field-based B2B sales team in Las Vegas, NV. The Outside Sales position (1099) targets SMBs, meeting owners and decision-makers face-to-face to build a new pipeline and close business.

You will identify customer needs, present WeLink's internet solutions, manage your territory, and work toward revenue targets with an uncapped commission structure and a 90-day ramp stipend of $2,000/month. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior SMB or MDU sales experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B/outside sales or business development.
• Ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new SMB customers through in-person visits and field development.
• Identify businesses that may benefit from WeLink's internet solutions.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present WeLink's solutions clearly and compellingly.
• Build and grow assigned territory and manage your pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and work toward sales targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure a strong customer experience from contact to installation.
