Job summary

WeLink Communications is expanding its commercial sales team and seeks motivated field sales professionals to build relationships with business owners in the Peoria, AZ area.

As a B2B sales specialist, you will prospect, visit businesses, present WeLink's millimeter-wave internet solutions, and develop a strong pipeline from initial contact to installation, with uncapped earning potential and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable meeting business owners face-to-face.
• Minimum 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a working cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business accounts in assigned commercial territories.
• Visit local businesses, offices, retail locations, and multi-tenant properties to identify potential customers.
• Introduce WeLink’s internet solutions to business owners, managers, property managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Learn about each customer’s current internet service, business needs, and pain points to determine the right solution.
• Build relationships with prospects and develop a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and clearly communicate the value of WeLink’s services.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process and move opportunities toward a successful close.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed agreement to installation.
• Maintain consistent prospecting activity and work toward weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Represent WeLink professionally when interacting with businesses and commercial property representatives.
• Take ownership of your territory, schedule, activity level, and sales results.
