Job summary

S&L Integrated in Thomasville, GA is seeking a Service Technician (Client Care Specialist) to own the client experience in the Central Georgia market. You will serve AV clients in the GA/Atlanta corridor with a company vehicle and full support from the Client Care team.

You will troubleshoot, remotely or on-site, monitor systems, and document service activity while upholding S&L’s high standard of client service and continuing your technical growth.

Qualifications

• Real-world AV installation or service experience for a commercial integration company.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve AV issues across displays, audio, control systems, networking, and more.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical problems to non-technical clients.
• Strong self-management and daily planning capabilities.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and a passion for helping people.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Solid home office setup with reliable internet; must be located in Central GA/Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for assigned AV clients—respond and fix issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues on-site or remotely.
• Monitor client systems remotely and anticipate problems.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and submit timely.
• Ensure every client interaction reflects S&L’s service standards.
• Engage in ongoing learning and skill development.
