Ricoh is seeking a Systems Administrator / Systems Operator (SA) for on-site work at designated Partner locations in the Burlington, MA area. You will operate, monitor, and support automation equipment for client sites, ensuring uptime and performance.

The role requires experience with Linux, PLCs, and electro-mechanical systems, plus ability to work with vendor partners and interpret technical docs. You will install software, diagnose issues, and help optimize operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with automated systems and controls.
• Proficient in Linux and command-line tools.
• Familiar with PLC programming and industry wiring practices.
• Ability to read technical documentation and manuals.

Aufgaben

• Provide front-line operational support for client automation systems, including robotics and 3D printing.
• Operate and support automated systems and software-based controls.
• Perform electro-mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Install updates per client specifications and coordinate with vendor partners.
• Monitor KPIs by maximizing system uptime and efficiency.
• Travel overnight for vendor trainings may be required.
