Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Under Car / Brakes category in Jacksonville, FL. You will expand product sales with current and new customers across distribution levels, and drive strategic initiatives, promotions, and training.

In this role you will partner with field teams to ensure store readiness, manage inventory levels, and lead category sales programs to achieve growth targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling and account management with success developing new business.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within territory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Presents, communicates, and sells storeowners and installers on NAPA category initiatives, promotions, and training materials.
• Partners with TSM/TMOD teams on ISO Store Readiness and inventory assessments.
• Provides field insights to drive sales and strategic Category initiatives.
• Achieves territory sales quotas and trains store employees on Under Car programs.
• Builds long-term relationships with store owners as business partners.
• Manages and leads category-specific sales blitzes in the territory.
• Executes sales plans to achieve growth opportunities and targets.
