Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred; licensing and exam fees provided.
• Valid driver’s license that meets under-writing guidelines required.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving and empathy skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: consult with involved parties, review contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
